Licensed Real Estate Agent in the Riviera Maya. I live full-time in Playa del Carmen and work with people moving here, buying a second home, or building a portfolio, and with owners who sell with me.
My story
From running homes to helping you buy one.
For 11 years I built a $4M hospitality and property management company, mainly in the U.S., plus Costa Rica and Mexico. I've seen how good the numbers look on paper, and how different they look a year later.
Today I'm a Licensed Real Estate Agent living full-time in Playa del Carmen. I look at every home the way an owner, a manager and a buyer would, and I tell you what I see.
Buying here is nothing like the U.S. or Canada. There's no MLS in the Riviera Maya, documents are in Spanish, and more people are involved than you're used to. I'll be very direct with you so everything is crystal clear, and I'll never push you.
The real return here is the life: slower days, the ocean, and a community you choose.
